Commission-Based Sales Representative (Local Markets)

Bespree is a local-first job platform using AI, maps, and commute filters to help businesses hire faster. We’re looking for entrepreneurial Sales Reps to open and grow local markets. You’ll prospect small/midsize businesses (in person, phone, LinkedIn), demo the platform, and close paid job posting packages. Language skills in Russian/Ukrainian or Spanish are a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and qualify local employers (door-to-door + online).
• Run short demos and explain pricing ($50/14-day and $90/30-day posts).
• Help new clients create their first postings.
• Track activity and feedback to improve our process.

Requirements

• Self-starter with prior sales or customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable with outreach (cold calls/visits).
• Clear communication; bilingual a plus.
