Bespree provides online software and does not sell or ship physical goods. This policy explains where to get help if you have a question about a charge for a paid Bespree service.
Free job-seeker tools
Bespree's free resume features do not cost anything or require a credit card, so there is nothing to refund. The free-features page lists what is included.
Paid employer services
Some employer services may require payment. The applicable price and service period are shown before checkout. If you believe a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or connected to a service that was not delivered as described, contact Bespree so the transaction can be reviewed.
Request a review
Use the contact form and include the account email, transaction date, and receipt or payment reference when available. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
Your rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor.
