Work on your resume with your assistant and save it in Bespree. Keep editing in your conversation or open the same resume in the builder.
From conversation to a document you can use
- Tell your assistant about your experience and ask it to save a new resume in Bespree. Review your details before it saves.
- Ask for changes or a separate version for a job. Your saved resume stays available in Bespree.
- Choose a design and ask for a PDF or Word file. Open the saved resume in Bespree whenever you want to check its layout.
This connection works with resumes. It does not give your assistant access to jobs, applications or cover letters.
Connect your assistant
Your assistant account must allow custom apps or connectors. Workplace accounts may need an administrator to enable them. Check the current instructions for your assistant below.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings → Security and login and enable Developer mode.
- Open Plugins, choose Create app, and name it Bespree. Paste the connection address and choose OAuth authentication.
- In the same form, before saving, open Advanced OAuth settings and enter
offline_accessunder Base scopes. This enables automatic connection renewal. - After connecting, refresh the app if no actions appear. In a conversation, type @Bespree and select the app. Review requests to save or change a resume.
Claude
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, then choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Bespree and paste the connection address. Add it and choose Connect to sign in.
- Enable Bespree from the conversation’s plus menu under Connectors. Review requests to save or change a resume.
Bespree will ask you to sign in and verify your email, then choose permissions and any existing resumes to share. You can start with no existing resumes and allow your assistant to create a new one.

You choose what your assistant can access
Allow reading, creating, editing and downloading separately. Only selected resumes and resumes created by that connection are accessible. Reading includes hidden sections, so check a resume before sharing it.
Disconnect in Bespree settings to stop future access. Your saved resumes stay in Bespree. Content and files already received by an assistant follow its own privacy rules and cannot be recalled by Bespree.
Assistant changes keep a limited history: up to 50 assistant changes per resume for up to 30 days, within your account’s storage budget. Restoring creates a new saved version. It is not a permanent backup. This history does not restore earlier photos.
Usage limits apply. Ask your assistant to wait and retry when a limit is reached. Generate a new download link if an old one expires; exported files are retained for up to 24 hours and links last up to 10 minutes.

My assistant cannot see a resume
Open Connected assistants in Bespree settings and check which resumes this connection can access. You may need to reconnect with read permission.
I changed the resume in the browser too
Ask your assistant to load the latest saved version before making changes. If the builder offers to recover an unsaved draft, keep it as a separate copy so you can compare.
My download link stopped working
Ask for a new download link. If the export has expired, ask your assistant to generate the file again from the saved resume.
