Job description

Join a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative team dedicated to strengthening New York State’s justice system by enhancing courtroom functionality and improving courthouse accessibility statewide.

The Analyst will support high-volume audiovisual modernization initiatives and will carry several key logistical responsibilities within the NYC DCM Office. These include managing inventory for incoming equipment orders, processing work orders for equipment distributed to NYC court locations as part of modernization initiatives using our asset and maintenance management platform, coordinating equipment shipments or preparing items for local delivery by DCM staff, and organizing, maintaining, and auditing of storage locations in the NYC DCM Office. The Analyst will develop a basic understanding of DCM technology to empower them to suggest alternate parts if requested equipment is out of stock

Additional responsibilities include assisting DCM’s training team during courtroom technology training in the NYC area as necessary, assisting with coordinating video conferencing between the courts and state or federal facilities, as well as conducting database evaluation, reporting, and compliance activities to ensure that all statewide courtrooms and public spaces are accurately documented using DCM’s customized court inventory database. This documentation includes technology assets, acoustic

treatments, and other accessibility or quality-of-life improvements.

In this role, the Analyst will directly contribute to a more efficient, accessible, and equitable justice system. By supporting the technology used daily by judicial and non-judicial staff and enhancing the experience of the many New Yorkers who interact with our courts, the Analyst will play a meaningful part in delivering high-quality public service to communities across the NYC Metro area.
