Job description

Work closely with investment staff on the negotiation and management of investments across all asset classes including public equity, fixed income, real estate, private equity, real assets, absolute return, credit and opportunistic strategies.

Actively participate in the negotiation and/or drafting of all substantive documents and review related legal matters arising in the management of the portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must have been admitted to the New York State Bar and must have had two years of experience in the practice of law subsequent to admission to the Bar.
