Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Trade Practices Bureau (TPB), the Assistant Counsel will be assigned to the Trade Practices Bureau within the Office of General Counsel (OGC) to conduct depositions and/or subpoena hearings or to analyze corporate documents and/or other evidence related to Trade Practice Bureau investigations.
The incumbent must have experience in civil or criminal litigation or with analyzing complex financial documents.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Admission to, and member in good standing of, the New York State Bar and two years of subsequent professional legal experience.
EXPERIENCE, RESUMES MUST INCLUDE MONTH AND YEAR FOR START AND END DATES.
