  • Serve as a point of contact for the Chief of Staff and work to triage requests, managing communications, and determining appropriate routing of issues to the Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations.
  • Support the Chief of Staff with research, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support.
  • Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions proactively to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support with note-taking during meetings and ensure there is appropriate follow-up and meeting continuity.
  • Work alongside the First Deputy Mayor’s Special Assistant to support the First Deputy Mayor, including evenings and weekends.
  • Report to the Chief of Staff of the First Deputy Mayor.

About You:

  • You can work independently and within a fast-paced environment, as well as thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Willingness to work late nights and weekends as needed.
