Prepare and cook a variety of foods including soups, sauces, meats, fish, vegetables, baked goods, etc.
Supervise kitchen staff in the storage, preparation, cooking and dispensing of food.
Clean and sanitize kitchen facilities, utensils and equipment.
Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Three years of experience in large-scale cooking.
*Large scale is defined as 300 meals daily.
Schedule will be 5 days with two pass days.
Pass days to be discussed during interview.
