The Bureau of Children, Youth, Families, and Developmental Disabilities (CYF-DD) within the Division of Mental Hygiene is responsible for the planning, funding and oversight of much of New York City’s comprehensive network of child and adolescent community mental health services, as well as services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Position Summary: The Bureau is seeking to hire a Data Manager for Program Supports to provide leadership and oversight for program-level data, analytics, and evaluation activities across multiple Bureau programs. The position will support a portfolio of approximately 5–10 programs, including primary oversight of the Crisis Service Programs, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and effective use of data to inform program operations, quality improvement, evaluation, and policy development. The Data Manager for Program Supports will be based in the CYF Office of Research and Evaluation (ORE) and will report to the CYF Research Director. The position will work closely with Program Directors, Bureau leadership, IT partners, and external stakeholders. The Manager will supervise two Program Data Analysts and oversee analytic work conducted in support of Bureau priorities.
