The Finance Division at DOHMH has oversees all the finance, contracting, procurement, payroll, and revenue functions of the agency, ensuring programs have the resources to deliver critical services effectively while meeting public health and racial equity objectives. Finance is organized into five bureaus, each led by an Assistant Commissioner: Bureau of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer; Bureau of Budget; Bureau of the Controller; Bureau of Finance Administration and Planning; and Bureau of Revenue.
Position Summary: As a Deputy Agency Chief Contracting Officer (DACCO), you will serve as a senior leader in the Bureau of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer (“ACCO’s Office”), managing multiple units and directing a team of managerial, professional and administrative employees.
