Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Training and Professional Development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing various talent initiatives and programs aimed at fostering employee growth, engagement, and retention. You will also work closely with business partners to identify training needs and develop customized learning programs that address division-specific priorities and objectives.

New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County.
