Job description

Assignment: The Division of Technology and Court Research is seeking Management Analysts to support high-profile, complex systems used across multiple court types and by the Law Reporting Bureau. As Lead Analysts, these positions will ensure that applications or systems meet functional needs, regulatory obligations, and data requirements of the courts or administrative units they serve.

This role emphasizes leadership, system oversight, coordination, and quality assurance. Lead Analysts must be adept in complex systems analysis, interagency communication, and navigating organizational structures.

They must possess strong analytical ability, proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the systems provide necessary functionality and collect all data necessary to support court activities, deliver the data necessary to court management and agency partners, and comply with legislative requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with court administration, court managers, system users, external agencies, and vendor partners.
  • Ensure all work is clearly documented and tested by analysts on the team.
  • Work with team managers in planning and streamlining the work of the unit, ensuring quality control, and promoting best practices.
  • Candidates are expected to be able to successfully work across multiple UCS organization levels and external agencies to understand and resolve issues.
  • Candidates must have strong analytic skills, demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and success in building consensus among various stakeholders to arrive at best solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

JG-25 Management Analyst

Base Salary: $94,386 + $4,920 location pay

QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Principal Court Analyst title; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

OR

JG-28 Senior Management Analyst

Base Salary $110,853 + $4,920 location pay

QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Management Analyst title; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
