The Team You’ll Work With:
is responsible for, among other things, developing and recommending strategies, policies, procedures, and techniques to assess and manage financial, operational, and reputational risks in City agencies and offices.
recommends measures to address risks identified in specific agency and City programs, activities, and issues. MORMC’s work covers the full spectrum of City agencies, projects, and issues.
operates at the direction of the Office of the Chief Counsel to the Mayor and City Hall.
The Problems You’ll Solve: Under the overall direction of the Director and Deputy Director of Strategy & Operations, the Senior Policy Analyst will work directly with City agencies to coordinate strategies that identify risks and opportunities to improve services through a dynamic structure that prevents fraud, waste, and abuse and fosters compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County. To determine if the residency requirement applies to you, please discuss with the agency representative at the time of the interview.
