**Candidates must be permanent in the Certified IT Administrator (LAN/WAN) civil service title to apply** The Senior Windows Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to: Configure and administer Windows 2019 through 2025 servers. Configure and manage DHCP and DNS zones, create and manage Active Directory objects and containers, assign and remove user and group rights. Create and manage group policy objects within Active Directory. Install and upgrade print drivers. Provide expert level Windows support and troubleshooting. Configure and manage storage on the Nutanix cluster. Manage and configure Azure Virtual Desktops and publish applications. Configure VLans, manage TCPIP subnets and addresses. Have working knowledge of Nutanix hardware and virtual servers.
Professional/vendor certification(s) in local area network administration that is required for the position to be filled. In addition, all candidates must have the following:

Experience managing Windows servers (2019, 2022 and 2025).
Ability to manage and configure DNS, DHCP, Active directory and print servers.
5 years’ experience with configuring and administering virtual server environment.
3 to 5 years’ experience with configuring and administering Azure Virtual Desktops.
Knowledge of local and wide area networks, network protocols and basic router and switch configuration.
Excellent 3rd level troubleshooting.
Adequate knowledge of server certificates and SAN storage
